Welcome to Erica Traster Yoga – your place for yoga in Lorain County! At Erica Traster Yoga we believe that a sweet and sweaty vinyasa practice is an opportunity to find balance in our modern world. We move to our breath, we open our hearts to Grace, and we learn to sit with our stillness. We empower ourselves by finding our inner brightness and letting it shine. My classes are for all levels of students. I love yoga and everything that yoga has to offer to us today – to slow down, find our breath, and find something greater than ourselves. In my classes you can expect a sweet and sweaty flow, attention to breath, focus on alignment (we gotta be safe, right??), and seated meditation.
